Ever since last Fall season for fashion trends, one that has stuck with me was the 'Oxblood' trend. Funny how the name of that color is so graphic, but its beginning to become my favorite color for Fall.  I fell in love with this skate skirt because of how feminine yet unique with the sheer overlay.  Designer Alyssa Nicole created such a beautiful silhouette and piece. This outfit is more on the edgier side with darker colors, a biker jacket, and a spike necklace for accessories.  I decided to add a pop of print to the outfit with the cheetah clutch.  Again, a transitional Fall outfit, but I'll definitely be living in cozy sweaters this Fall / Winter seasons.

Hope you lovelies have been doing well! Woo, Happy Friday! Longest week ever, but I really feel like I'm doing well in all the tasks and projects I've had at my job.  It's all a learning experience, but I'm happy I'm moving in the right direction.  

Hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead! I'm celebrating both my little brother's and boyfriend's birthdays this Sunday.  I surprised them with tickets to the Niners game! Doing a tail-gate party beforehand.  It'll be their first time going, can't wait to go (my first time too!).

Meowza!

I had a lot of fun styling this Meow Cat tee from Skip N' Whistle, mainly because for one, I'm secretly a cat lady and two, I thought it was an adorable shirt, meowza! ;) I decided to pair it with some accessories that were more on the fancy-side -- a white crystal necklace, crossbody studded purse, and sky high platform sandal heels.  To contrast, I paired the shirt with some comfy grungy denim shorts.

Oh and don't mind my attempt at interpreting my Meow tee, thought that's what cats do :P.  If you haven't yet, check out Skip N' Whistle's collection of tees, eyeing this one right now, they're all too cute!

I can't believe September is already here..time flew by way too fast. But happy to say this is my Birthday month! :)  This year I'm turning 23. I still remember starting this blog back when I was 20! It really has been an amazing ride with everyone and everything in between since then, so grateful and happy for all that has happened with you guys! Also, an exciting part of the year is finally here too, NYFW!  I'm crossing my fingers for the next NYFW I'll be able to make it.  Until then, I'll be seeing everyone's instagram and twitter posts covering the fun week. I recently visited the Nordstrom Savvy department, and can I just say, never have I came across a place I felt so home when looking for clothes that fit my style...I finally did there!  And the sales rack is amazing -- I found this gorgeous Viva Vena! shirt dress there, very my style with the button up blouse top part, and a pretty denim and polka dot pattern.  I decided to keep it casual and comfy with this outfit -- dark browns with the bracelets and trusty Zara sandal heels.  And adding some gold touches with this pretty LOVE bracelet from Buy Love Give Love and my social media handle necklace.
