Help me get to front page of Teen Vogue (will be the best New Years Present everr!) :),
click the heart on my Fashion Click Post.

First off, HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE lovelies!! I know you hear me say this a lot, but I feel like I wish I could say it to you all in-person, and so to make up for that, it'll be said quite a lot -- "thank you" to past and new followers and friends.  Ever since I started this blog back in late September, I never knew how many opportunities it would bring about, but so many has happened -- thanks to all of you. I wish you all fun, happiness, and love for 2011.  Def let me know how your NYE goes down!

Whenever I think of New Years - anything glittery or shiny comes to mind, and so I wanted to add a little hint of "sparkle" to my NYE outfit.  Although this is a very untraditional take to "sparkle" - decided to wear my Topshop Studded shorts I bought from the lovely Sandra of 5 inch and up blog. And remember my love for cape blouses? I found one at H&M! So happy i did, and it has a lovely lace detail on the back.

Yesterday traveled to Emeryville Bay Street with the boyfriend, enjoyed some Pasta Pomodoro Alfredo and focaccia bread w/ olive oil/pesto (yum, i'm obsessed with food sorry lol), and drank soy white mochas at starbucks in Barnes & Noble.

While there, picked up my copy of "Style Diaries"! I read it so quickly because it seriously was a major inspiration fashion eye candy. Glad it was interactional too where I could look up the bloggers after seeing their best outfits, one fashion blogger I really loved was Kayla Hadlington.  Def recommend buying or looking through Style Diaries on your next bookstore visit.

And so far a #1 New Years Resolution I'd like to share with you is..my extreme neeed for organization in my life - especially with my CLOTHES. They need to be treated better, and as you can see - i have a messy pile of clothes in my room and my shoes, bags, drawers - all are everywhere.  I need a trip to Ikea stat.

lol, and yes you can see a hint of my spongebob pajama pants, they were from Middle School :p.

Lastly, for this post, wanted to ask you, my readers what you wanted to see on my blog for 2011??  I really am interested in hearing out what you want to see on here :).  So please feel free to leave comments.  And again,  have a fantastic HAPPY NEW YEARS beautifuls!!

Winds and Maxis.

Black vintage blazer, Gray cropped DIY top, Light pink H&M maxi skirt, Gray Jeffrey Campbell foxy heels, Brown thrifted bag.

Oh gosh, today was seriously the coldest day since..I really can't remember lol.  The wind was howling so loud and pushing me forward when I tried taking these pictures haha, esp when you're in 5 inch heels, it's kind of scary :p. Sorry I've been on a four-day hiatus, work and holiday shopping has been the reason.  But, as promised, I will start to update my blog more often :).  How are you lovelies btw?!  I still cannot believe this week is the last week of the year 2010!! And onto 2011 just this Friday at 12am! Wow, I really am amazed as to how fast this year flew by, as with every year.

Just wanted to say, this year especially was amazing as having all of you as my support on here in the fashion blog world.  It really, I have to confess, has changed my life course - as for now, I'm trying to pursue a career in fashion, in the process of figuring out what I want to do.  And really want to say a huuge thank you for helping me develop my passion and love for this.  I appreciate you beautifuls! and can't wait to share with you my journey 2011 and beyond.

Now, onto paying tribute to a trend I really loved this past year of 2010 -- maxi skirts!  Ah, it really brought my wardrobe to another level of chicness.  I found this maxi skirt at H&M on sale, and it fit me like a glove.  Decided to style it with a blazer for work and for extra height, my JC foxy heels.  Along with this trend, have to say shearling, chunky knits, oxfords, faux fur, cropped tops, cape/silk blouses, high-waisted anything, leopard and wedges were all my faavorite & truly memorable 2010 trends.
Here's a toast to all you stylish fashionistas of 2010 & more to come.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays.

Brown ASOS Vila faux fur coat, Blue Free People denim tulip skirt, Gray F21 cropped shirt, Tan F21 suede wedges.

Title of this post, has to definitely be one of my fav Christmas songs by Nsync. Whatever happened to boy bands?  I guess, it was the thing of the 90's haha.  Merry Christmas everyone!! Well almost. And I hope you get amazing presents this year!   I can't wait to open mine.  Few days ago I was snooping around the Christmas tree and shaking each present to guess what each was.  How I love the mysteriousness of Christmas.

Wearing my new and only faux fur coat!  It was an early Christmas present from my boyfriend, he's so sweet.  I told him I love the online store ASOS and he found the perfect one.  Along with the outfit, I'm wearing my new find from Crossroads, a tulip denim Free People skirt, my first Free People item ever.  I love the silhouette and the material.  And bought these F21 suede wedges from my lovely high school friend, she's so stylish.  They're so comfy!

I've been looking through all your blogs lately and I must say, I've been admiring your styles and looks so much. Seriously, fashion inspiration is flooding each blog I've seen.  I want to say a personal thank you to all past and new followers of this blog, and those who leave the sweetest comments.  I hope you all have a FUN, exciting, festive, and amazing Christmas.

Dog days are over.

Silver vintage blouse, Blue American Apparel skirt, Navy thrifted belt, Gray Urban Outfitters socks, Black Forever 21 oxford boots, Black H&M satchel.

The dog days are over is the perfect title for this post.  Mostly because not only do I looove the song :), but I also think it fits perfectly my mood at the moment -- due to finals finally being over!! I am so happy and I did well on one of them so far from receiving the grades online.  I'm happy to say that this Fall semester went well despite the early mornings waking up to commute to school, the endless stress with school and work.  But in the end, I think it was a successful semester :).

Onto updates, I just want to thank all of you for the amazing feedback in the last post.  It really made me happy :), and I can't believe the outfit made it to the homepage of Chictopia! :)  It just blew me away, you all are so amazing, thank you so much for your support.  And onto more exciting news, I applied to be a Teen Vogue Fashion Click Blogger and am now officially one! :)  Was contacted earlier this week :), I'm so excited.

And another update, remember the post I talked about a winter photoshoot I did with a new upcoming fashion blog site?  Well finally it's up and running! I reaally recommend visiting and following as well!  It will let you know about anything trendy and fashion-forward, the site is called Trendy Rose at trendyrose.com.

Merry Christmas everyone! I will definitely update my blog more now that finals are over and winter break is now here :).  Expect many more posts to come.

A fur equestrian winter afternoon.

Black AA rider pants, Black/gold vintage blouse, Brown faux fur hat, Brown thrifted bag, Navy thrifted belt, Gray vintage bow flats.

Was a true wintery afternoon today, fog all around.  Good thing I had my fur knit hat handy :), along with my new AA rider pants! Perfect for the cold. This is the first time ever, I've bought the same clothing item, except in a different color.  That's what I love about AA, the diversity in colors alone.  I love this vintage blouse, the design is lovely and wearing these vintage flats with little bows on them.

Just one more week and I'm free to relax :). Hope your weekends are going well.  Last night, spent it with the boyfriend watching one of our FAVORITE shows ever, besides Glee :p -- Supernatural :). Ah, I can't waait for it to come back end of January. May I say, the Winchester boys are so hot. If you have not watched it yet, please do :).
