Vedette Shapewear Giveaway!

Burgundy H&M cardigan, Black c/o Vedette Sensuale Collection Gianna bodysuit, Red thrifted from Wasteland floral skirt, Brown c/o Swellmayde envelope clutch, Silver F21 and H&M accessories, Tan Mark Report boots.

Outfit sums up what fall season looks like to me, floral, sweet, yet dark and bohemian-like.  This skirt thrifted from Wasteland, has the perfect grungy 90s feel.  Wanted to introduce also this beautiful Vedette Shapewear Gianna bodysuit from their newest collection: Sensuale -- always love taking on the challenge of adding lingerie to everyday wear.  The body suit is amazing at slimming down any figure and is great for tucking in to skirts.  The design on the suit is very lovely with little rhinestones and a pretty gold floral pattern spread across, definitely recommend getting Vedette Shapewear for long-lasting and gorgeous lingerie.  Wanted to also make this an easygoing outfit by pairing it off with a slouchy burgundy cardi from H&M.  And the cherry on top?  Swellmayde's beautifully hand-crafted envelope clutch :).

Black & Gold, Black & Gold.

Gold H&M collar necklace, Black c/o StyleMint Magnolia top, Gold CC Skye and c/o LUXLA bracelets, White American Apparel pleated midi skirt, Ivory vintage Chanel purse, Tan Zara wedges.

I noticed I never had my hair up in a pony-tail on my blog, so decided why not today?  And my love for midi skirts continues, with this AA silky soft pleated one.  For this outfit, I wanted to have fun playing with the color palette of gold, black, and white.  These colors particularly are very classic and wanted to give it a modern sophisticated twist, including my all-time fave Chanel vintage purse, gold accessories, and my loveable Zara wedges.
And as if the gorgeous duo (my big style icons), Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, couldn't be any more amazing style-wise, they, as you may know, have a great collection of loose comfortable and affordable T's online at StyleMint.  Truly this top is so comfy, I chose it specifically because I like to tuck in my shirts whether into skirts or shorts, and it has this convenient tight fit on the bottom part.
Aalso, new nail polish color! I am in loovelove with the soft sweet shade of "Summer Peach" from AA.  Pretty soon, I want to also add Chanel nail polishes to my collection.

In addition, wanted to share with you lovelies a really great contest going on with StyleMint for November!  The winner will receive a full year of free StyleMint T's!  You can win by sending in a picture with your Stylemint T hugging someone you're thankful for (now that's the cutest contest ever..along with making ppl happy with your hugs!) :).  Check it out below:
Also, I know I've said this multiple bazillion times, but thanks so much again lovelies for all your support here on my blog.  You're amazin' and of course your styles are what inspire me everyday :), have an amazing week ahead Beautifuls!

Comfy cozy.

Light pink Urban Outfitters Urban Renewal cropped cable-knit sweater, Dark blue Madewell jean leggings, Brown thrifted bucket bag, Tan suede Steve Madden Grettta heels, Silver F21 rings.

Fall weather has finally arrived, I am super excited to start layering.  Cold weather is just more fun to me, esp for letting out neglected jackets, coats, pants, tights, and the list can go on.  I especially love this time of year because Starbucks released their holiday cups, so so excited for Christmas to come already.  The Christmas lights, trees, music, even down to the little stockings we put up every year...k, excuse me as I am very sentimental about this particular holiday.
To keep me cozy and warm in this weather, I've particularly fallen in love with this Urban Renewal cable-knit cropped sweater from Urban Outfitters.  It is thee perfect length, I love how they revamped a vintage piece by cropping it.  I paired it with my comfy new suede Grettta heels from Steve Madden -- it passed my shopping test!  4 hours+, and my feet did not hurt one bit..ok I admit, I had little ball-of-foot pads underneath, but hey, they still were superr comfy for 5-inch heels.
Comfortable is the main adjective for this outfit, another comfort factor: new Madewell jean leggings (sry, I kind of get annoyed by the term jeggings haha).  I've always wanted to try the jean + heel combo, hopefully I did it justice.

Golden rose.

Tan Urban Outfitters Sparkle & Fade cropped sweater, Gold c/o Francesca's Collections rosette skirt, Ivory vintage Chanel bucket bag, Gold F21 accessories, Tan Report Marks ankle boots.

Hi Beautifuls!  So happy to be back with another outfit post :).  This outfit basically was perfect for the strange weather we've been having lately, it gets very warm then super cold, so why not mix a comfy warm cropped sweater with a skirt for when it unexpectedly becomes hot.  I wanted to capture last bits of sun before we are deeper into fall and close to winter.  This gorgeous rosette skirt from Francesca's Collections is perfect for just that.  Added my new (as you can tell I cant get enough of Chanel) vintage Chanel bucket bag, recently added to my collection of now two Chanel items.  I know this one is a replica, but it was too pretty to pass up (esp because it has lots of space inside!).
Excuse also my little mouse ears, they peek out once in a while lol.  I also wanted to share with you my new obsession for adorned on my feet almost every day now..the Report Marks ankle boots, finally something I am completely happy with that reminds me of Isabel Marant's Dicker boot.  And they're insanely comfy to walk around UCB hilly campus with.

À la Marant & Bosworth.

Blue American Apparel peter-pan collar shirt, White Forever 21 knit sweater, Light pink Alexa Chung for Madewell corduroy high-waisted shorts, Silver c/o JewelMint Edie necklace, Black Urban Outfitters lace-up boots.

I thought it'd be fun to make an outfit inspired by my two fave girls in the fashion world, one being, Isabel Marant (my faaave designer aside from Alexander Wang), and the other, Kate Bosworth for perfecting the flawless action styling any Marant piece.  Also which ties in to the beautiful Edie necklace I am wearing from JewelMint, an exclusive jewelry collection by super stylish and innovative duo Kate Bosworth and Cher Coulter.  The design of this particular necklace caught my eye, simply because one, it is a choker (something I've always wanted to try out) and second, it has these gorgeous pastel colors against a silver edgy background.  I thought of playing off those two colors by incorporating the blue AA top and light pink Alexa Chung for Madewell shorts.

Aand just pairing white/pink/black boots, reminiscent of Marant S/S 2011.  Once again silver chunky cuff jewelry comes into every outfit I wear nowadays..it's that addicting.  For fall, I will be living in sweaters every single day, comfy oversized ones too.  I hope you girls had a fun weekend!  And I know I say this a lot, but I really always appreciate your amazing support on my blog, you're all aaamazin' :).
Have a lovely Sunday! :)

Texture play.

Blue American Apparel denim shirt, Gold c/o LUXLA hexnut bracelet, CC Skye & F21 gold accessories, Tan c/o Francesca's Collections 'At a Crossroads' bag, Ivory ModCloth lace scallop shorts, Tan Sam Edelman Valin wedges.

Firstly want to apologize for being absent for such a long time...midterm season is insanely taking over my life at the moment along with extracurriculars + 2 jobs, so trying to get organized and stay on track.  But, trust me, it has been killing me not updating my blog as much as I have before in the summer.  I wanted to share with you another part of my new apartment, there is this aaamazin' rooftop, with a beautiful view of Berkeley.  I think this will be the spot for many outfit posts to come, it's just that pretty! and bonus, not a lot of ppl are around to look at me strangely as I pose in front of a camera lol.
--
For this outfit, wanted to play with textures (something I do quite often) -- paired a denim chambray AA shirt with lace scalloped shorts from ModCloth, and a spacious lovely woven bag (perfect for all my heavy books from school) from Francesca's Collections.  Who speaking of, excited to introduce to you as my newest sponsor! :)  To accent the outfit, gold accessories is always a go-to.  Francesca's Collection is also letting Inspirafashion's readers receive a wonderful 30% discount at their online shop!  At checkout, enter code: INSPIRA, which is valid until 10/31 for any single regular-priced item.

Off topic, this is thee first post with my new haircut!!  If you didn't notice yet :p or seen my tweets, I decided randomly to chop off my hair, it isn't drastically short, but a good 5 to 6 inches was cut off.  I think it's a nice change for fall :).
And..just quick updates on things happening in my life: I'm a co-lead head stylist for a BARE Magazine photoshoot!!  It's been almost 2 months at my job in Urban Outfitters, and i loooove it :).  I got a B on my last midterm! :)..which is good for me bc i studied last minute lol. k, I hope you all will have a relaxing and fun weekend! Can't wait for more posts to come on ze bloggie :).
