New hair color & cut!

Light blue Crossroads UO cardigan & white floral top, Brown thrifted belt, Light blue H&M jeggings, Black UO Deena & Ozzy boots.

Despite the rain outside, I was able for an instant to take outfit photos, but also to show you lovelies my neww hair!!  I got it done yesterday at Edo Salon and my stylist, Becky, (if you ever go, pleease recommend for her), she is AN AMAZING HAIR PAINTER -- yess, the word hair painting actually exists! i know, I was shocked too lol.  I didn't know it was an art?  But she did such a great job, I'm very pleased with how it turned out :).  She even styled my hair so that it was really messy, textured and wavy with a new Bumble and bumble product called Bb texture (definitely recommend that too!).  It took foreverr to do, but it was worth the wait!  I can't wait though to take better pictures when there isn't overcast, like in real sunlight.  Isn't it strange how when you get a new haircut or hair color, it acts as a new accessory to when you put together outfits?  I like that lol.

For my outfit, I'm wearing my thrift finds from Crossroads, blue UO cardigan and a white floral tank top.  I recently bought these jeggings from H&M in a light wash (been trying to find one that color forever), and I must say they are very comfy!  In addition to my new UO boots, comfiest pair of heels I own :).

SOO, finally am going to share with you the big news for my blog!!  (sorry for the very very long suspense haha).  I'm an official blogger for Blowfish Shoes Blog (B.Log)!!  The superr sweet and lovely Elise, in charge of all their social media, contacted me to be a part of their blog, and of course, I accepted :).  Ever since I tried on my first pair of Blowfish shoes I won as a Chictopia award I've been hooked to their amazing shoes :).  My first blog post is up live on their blog right now, you can check it out HERE! :)  My bio is up as well! :)
And I'm super duper happy that it is FINALLY spring break! After all that splenda and coffee and sleep deprivation for three weeks straight (ok I may be exaggerating haha), with all the midterms, I can finally relax for a whole week :).  I hope you beautifuls are doing well!  And hope your weekends will be FUN!  I'm actually going to try and visit the LF store, it's the last weekend of their sale! Crossing my fingers I find great pieces :).  I'm also going to hunt for a giveaway item while thrifting this spring break for my giveaway! :).
Anyways, going to now browse and be blown away with inspiration from all your amazing blogs! ;)
PS. I now have more time to do more vlogs!  Stay tuned! :)
PSS. Here's a photo of my hair from last night after the hair appt.  My new hair color looks different at night too, so it's versatile? lol :P.

Red skinnies.

Red Target skinny jeans, Gray Forever 21 cardigan, Black Anarchy Street sheer cape blouse, Brown Qupid lace-up wedges, Brown thrifted bag & belt, F21 and thrifted accessories.

Hi Beautifuls!!  Wanted to share with you the brightest item I think I have in my closet haha, but one of the quirkiest and unique pieces I own -- my red skinny jeans!  Believe it or not, I got them during high school junior year, and who knew? -- 5 years later they'd still be in style??  I've been seeing on the blogosphere so many unique colors in pants/jeans, I particularly love the coral/peach color jeans (I'm eyeing some at UO right now lol).  But for now, I have my red skinnies.  I actually wore them on campus, but from the convincing of my fellow tweeters, I decided to wear them out :).

Today was also the Sway Spring Fashion Show, a local clothing store that sells really pretty pieces, a little reminiscent of Free People with a little bit of Forever 21.  One of my close friends (and soon-to-be model for one of my shoots I'm styling!) was also one of the models at the show, so definitely wanted to support her :).  The girls really looked so stylish in all their pieces, such a great marketing idea of having a fashion show and then a sale right afterwards where everyone was buying/trying on things left to right :p.  I also attended with my fellow Berkeley fashion blogger loves, Deanna of A California Dreamer and Anisa of The Laugh Slut, sadly was missing Sherrie of Closet Hound.  Overall the event was really a success and I left with two aamazing pieces I can't waaaait to style and share with you!!  (I'll keep them as a surprise haha).
A few outfits I looved from the show, the models were so pretty!

Wow, k so I've been noticing a trend lately..I've been attending a lot of fashion events!  Speaking of fashion events, I was invited to model for a charity fashion show for Paul Mitchell!!  I'm super excited, the theme is:  fashion fantasy :).  In addition to all the fashion shoots.  I just love the thrill of going to all these things related to fashion..I can really tell this is something I love to do.  Makes me so excited for the future :).

SO, big news, well for me I guess haha, I'm having my hair appointment tomorrow at Edo Salon!!  I'm so excited.  K, for a $300 gift certificate I'm praying my hair will turn out right! lol.  I'll def take pics once it's done, but I'm getting a whole new color and possibly long layers :).  Also, spring break is coming so fast! (Next week!!)  I caaannot wait!  Alrighty lovelies, I hope you all are doing well.  And once again, thank you soo much for all the blogger LOVE.  A personal giveaway from me is coming 'atcha sooon! ;)  Good night beautifuls and have an amazing rest of your week!
PS. Exciting blog news coming soooon!! :)

Playing catch up.

H&M blush blazer, mint green top, American Apparel black rider pants, Tawny thrifted Aldo boots.
Gray F21 fedora, Crossroads/F21 rings.
Gold H&M crochet sweater, White/Black thrifted polka dot scarf, Blue Forever 21 denim boot-cut jeans, Black H&M wedges, Brown thrifted bag.

Hi Lovelies! I'm so sorry for such a while of not posting, k well it literally feels like I didn't post that much this week. BUT, I'm trying to get the hang of things, just bare with me as it is midterm time and paper time right now in the semester.
Here are a few outfit/detail photos I managed to take this week while randomly walking around Berkeley haha.  The first is what I wore on Tuesday, my H&M blush blazer (I can literally use that as my go-to outerwear jacket haha), American Apparel rider pants (these are beyond amazing esp for those cold days), and paired it with my mint cropped top and tawny Aldo booties.  I felt like playing with color that day, esp because it was nice outside.
There's a detail shot of a F21 fedora hat I bought such a while ago, but decided to wear it on a rainy day.  I could never find the perfect fedora that suited my head/whole look, luckily found one at F21! :)
Then the other outfit is from today, wearing my long boot-cut jeans from F21 (I raarely wear boot-cut jeans, well jeans in general lol) so it was nice to be casual today.  And of course, I wanted to go for comfort, so my H&M wedges and crochet sweater.

Sooo, I also want to tell you a few things happening in my blogger life :).  Firstly, tonight was the fitting for the BARE Magazine photoshoot, a student-run fashion magazine on the UCB campus, and found out raandomly (i was originally supposed to only be a stylist for the shoot) that they also wanted me to be a model!! Craazy, was very happy to accept :).  And tomorrow is the whole photoshoot, it's summer-themed, can't wait to share with you the final product!
Also, a few features I was contacted about recently were on Freesia blog where the lovely Monica contacted me to do a guest-post for her series of "Get Inspired By," I really loove the concept that she's featuring bloggers own inspirations, def check it out here!  And also got contacted by American Apparel as they said I was in a "Seen and Submitted" feature on their site! Check it out here! Was very flattered and ecstatic :) because I love all of their pieces :),

Lastly, just want to take a moment and a breather, to say a huge huge HUGE thank you to all of you who read and visit and leave the sweetest comments ever on my blog, you've given me so many opportunities in fashion and love that you're here for the ride to my possible career in fashion (crossing my fingers!) ;).  I see that Inspirafashion has almost 600 followers and trust me, I'm so grateful everyday.  Especially for all the lasting blogger friendships I've made on here!  Thank you again lovelies for inspiring me and really, all corniness aside, making me a better person.
----
Also, I wanted to ask if you have any money to spare, definitely try to donate to Red Cross to help those communities and victims affected by the Japan earthquake and Pacific tsunami.  The minimum is only $10 and payment is made simple.  Lets spread the love and support over there as well.  Go here to the main Red Cross website for donations.

Have a wonderful weekend and definitely keep inspiring Beautifuls! :)

Mesh and sheer goodness + OOTD #2 Vlog Post!

Dark blue thrifted American Apparel mesh blouse, Black thrifted hat, Light blue Urban Outfitters distressed denim shorts, Brown thrifted belt, White Goodwill vinyl bag, Brown Threadsence boots.

Lately I've been gravitating toward sheer fabrics -- be it with blouses, maxi skirts, tops, etc.  I just fell in love with this kind of fabric upon seeing it blow up in throughout the blogosphere, and upon seeing it in many stores lately.
I found this mesh sheer blouse at Wasteland during my shopping trip at Haight, and couldn't believe I found, yet again, another American Apparel piece, for HALF OFF..gotta love those thrift finds!  I feel like this outfit really sums up of what my "go-to outfit" consists of:  sheer tights, high waisted-anything (mainly jean shorts), a tucked in long-sleeved blouse, a pair of boots, and a nice thrifted bag -- I'm GOOD to go!!
Oo and not to mention, my new found love -- HATS.  I think I will use this straw boater hat to death (sadly), but I hope it doesn't break on me!  It's one of the few good hats that flatter my small head shape haha, among my UO floppy hat :).
This is a quick outfit post lovelies..BUT good news, finally have a new vid up on my Youtube channel!!  Below is my regular OOTD (Outfit Of The Day) vlog post..of the outfit above.  OOTD number deux. :)

Caaannot wait & I will update you with many details to come) :).
Now onto browsing more of your lovely blogs and outfits, can I just say you've all given me so much inspiration!  Keep inspiring Beautifuls! <3
