Urban boho.

White lace top and gold rings via Crossroads Trading, Brown Urban Outfitters hat, Olive green slit maxi skirt c/o LuLu*s, Arm candy: White bracelets and watch c/o Charlotte Russe, Black Via Spiga sandal heels (similar one here), Ivory vintage Chanel purse.

If I could define one important part of my style, it'd be incorporating unique pieces into one look -- here I decided to pair this pretty lace top with a scallop hem from Crossroads Trading with this maxi skirt, including a high slit from LuLu*s, along with a set of gorgeous Charlotte Russe white and silver arm candy.  This is more of a laidback boho urban look.  I usually like mini skirts, but I think I've found a new love for maxi skirts -- perfect for the Fall season coming up. Can't wait to pair them with biker jackets and comfy cardigans / knit sweaters.

Hope you lovelies had a great labor day weekend! I went to Reno with the family and ended the weekend with a visit to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (haven't been in so long!), but enjoyed my favorite ice cream Dippin' Dots, brought me back to my childhood. Also, if you're stressed out being back at work or school, just think on the brightside there's only 4 days of the work week ;). Have a great short ;) week ahead.  Keep inspiring Beautifuls!

Color Block Cozy.

Navy c/o Margaret O'Leary Color Block Crew leather trim sweater, Brown Karen Walker Super Duper Strength sunnies, Green necklace via Crossroads Trading, Teal American Apparel skirt, Arm Candy: Silver c/o Filthy Magic spike bracelet, vintage watch, TJ Maxx pyramid stud bracelet, Silver c/o Mimi Boutique 'XOXO' bracelet, Silver rhinestone ring via Crossroads Trading, Black Via Spiga sandals, Brown Kurt Geiger leopard bag.

If I went to Paris Fashion Week, in the cold fall/winter, this probably would be my outfit, minus the sandals..prob would replace with heeled boots haha.  But, being semi-cold California, thought it was a nice touch.
I'm happy to be a part of the November Style Challenge to style this beautiful color block leather trim sweater from amazing SF-Based designer, Margaret O'Leary.  It is by far the coziest snuggly sweater I have. I like the description on the site "teddy bear" soft, describes it perfectly. I styled it by tucking it in an a-line skirt.

Also, the color palette: navy, teal, gray, and black is another set of colors I adore for fall, besides the famous "oxblood" ;P.  Thought of having fun with accessories, in particular this gorgeous leopard clutch/satchel (I recently won from The Everything But The Dress instagram contest on Kurt Geiger!).  I love how it can turn into a clutch, crossbody, or satchel.

Hope you lovelies are having a great weekend!  Can't believe it's already November, time seriously flies!!  This past week was pretty eventful, Crossroads Shopping Party, Obama getting a second term as President, and voting for the second time in my life.
Keep inspiring Beautifuls!

Free fall.

Brown Ecote vest via Urban Outfitters, White Zara striped top, Gray F21 skirt, Ivory c/o Mimi Boutique satchel, Black Via Spiga sandal heels (one with similar style), Gold vintage watch, 'K' initial bracelet via UO, Coach rings, Black Brandy Melville wishbone bracelet.

This is my take on transitioning from Summer to Fall, layering with this oh so cute Ecote vest found at UO as well as adding all the neutral brown and ivory colors.  Summer is still with me bc I can't get enough of wearing sandals -- I found these gorgeous Via Spiga sandal heels at Nordstrom Rack recently.  Luck was on my side bc it was just my first time ever shopping there!  They remind me of minimal Celine sandals I could never afford :P, but best & most fun part about shopping is finding similar items to the ones you covet the most ;).
Lastly, this satchel from Mimi Boutique is so chic, I love the pretty braid detail and shape of the bag, not to mention it has so many compartments for a lot of things I need to carry around.

Hope you lovelies are doing well!  Time flies, and can't believe September is almost here already!  My birthday is coming up soon! :) I'm not too sure yet of what to do, after turning 21, 22 doesn't seem so exciting haha -- well will need to live up to it ;).  Or maybe just have a fun girls day/night out, shopping, bar hopping, nails done, sleepover, lol -- and this is just a peek at my thought process ;p.

Have a nice rest of the week Beautifuls!
