Neon lace.

Black boyfriend coat via Crossroads Trading, Blue neon H&M top, Black Forever 21 lace skirt, Black thrifted crossbody purse (similar style here), Black c/o West Egg Jewelry button ring, Black gifted Marc Fisher 'Dotsie' sequin flats.

I've owned this boyfriend coat, which I scored from Crossroads, for a while now, but it has finally made it's first appearance on the blog. I love wearing boyfriend coats, because they're not too fitted and pretty much can be dressed up or down. Here, I decided to pair it with more floral (I feel like I wear a lot more floral in fall / winter then in actual Spring haha).  These sequin flats from Marc Fisher are the cutest ever, I love how it has this sequin detail and are super comfy.

Hope you lovelies have a great weekend!  Ah it's Friday already, I'm so happy the week's over and onto the weekend.  This weekend is pretty busy, I'm having two brunches saturday and sunday with my close girlfriends; can't wait to catch up with them.  Its times like these I always know despite being super busy, those who really care about you make time for you..blessed to have such great friends :).

Signing off now for the weekend, have a relaxing fun one Beautifuls!

Pretty in pink: Refinery 29 and Maybelline Color Elixir Launch #MyLipMagic Pt. 1

Brown Aeropostale leopard scarf (similar style here), Light purple Brandy Melville sweater (similar style here), Ivory vintage Chanel purse, Purple Brandy Melville skirt (similar cute orange style here), Black Ivanka Trump knee-high suede boots, gold arrow ring via Crossroads Trading, Makeup: gifted to review Fuchsia Flourish Maybelline Color Elixir.

I've loved wearing lipstick ever since middle school (yep started that young with makeup!).  So to me lipstick/gloss has been one of my favorite signature makeup items I couldn't really leave the house without growing up. I usually wear red lipsticks, and this was a first trying out this pretty pink color from Maybelline. I absolutely loved the bright color and how well it brightened up a neutral outfit.  Here I styled this lipstick with lighter colors, light pinks, purples, and browns to not overpower the lipstick color.

It's been exciting to work with Refinery 29 and Maybelline for Maybelline's launch of their new collection, Color Elixir.  What's great about this product I haven't seen with others, is it's an all-in-one product: lipstick, lip gloss, and lip balm. When applying the lip product, it has a thick consistency which definitely helped with moisturizing my lips (essential for me -- my main issue is having dry lips).  When applying this product, I had to blot a little bit more, but this was only because I started out with applying a large amount of the lip gloss.  So I suggest applying a little in the beginning and then it will stay on perfectly. My favorite part about the color elixir is it has a beautiful pigmented color, here in a pretty fuchsia pink.

Overall, the fact its super moisturizing and the color is amazing, bright and fun (with a pretty shine), makes these Maybelline Color Elixirs so lovely especially with the holidays coming up!

I'm excited to share with you one more post after this on their launch! I'll be reviewing another color from their Color Elixir collection, the Signature Scarlet. Stay tuned this Wednesday for this next post of the two-part series!

Cheetah Camo Remix.

Dark green c/o LuLu*s camo jacket (similar style here), Metallic skirt via Crossroads Trading, Brown gifted Isaac Mizrahi 'Simon' oxford flats, Arm candy: gold crystal bullet ring and black button ring c/o West Egg Jewelry, gold arrow ring c/o LuLu*s (similar style here),  Brown cheetah print clutch c/o DAAME.

Whenever I create outfits, I love styling looks with an interesting mix of textures and prints.  Here I styled camo and cheetah prints with a metallic textured skirt.  I love how the tan oxfords go well with this outfit, not overpowering the rest of it (having a unique prints together).  Also, with accessories I decided to have fun with these beautiful rings from West Egg Jewelry.  The designer of this online shop, Heather Ross (also a great fashion blogger), reached out and let me know of her jewelry line, which has some beautiful pieces!  Her jewelry is available on Facebook which you can purchase there directly by FB messaging her with your selection (item number) and your email.  Just a heads up her jewelry is also available on Redditgifts Marketplace, and see where her inspiration comes from on her Pinterest as well.

Happy almost halloween lovelies!! Hope you have a great rest of the week. Keep inspiring!
P.S. I'll be attending a Birchbox dinner in SF tonight, be sure to follow my instagram here to find out what the event is about! :)

Oxblood.

Dark brown jacket c/o Bebe, Gold spike necklace c/o Jeweliq, Black 'Celine Dion' shirt, Oxblood gifted Alyssa Nicole skater skirt via Chictopia Rewards, Brown 'Love' bracelet c/o Buy Love Give Love, Brown Cheetah clutch c/o DAAME, Brown Zara sandal heels, Rings: Bauble Bar ring gifted by the boyfriend :), Gold arrow ring via Crossroads Trading.

Ever since last Fall season for fashion trends, one that has stuck with me was the 'Oxblood' trend. Funny how the name of that color is so graphic, but its beginning to become my favorite color for Fall.  I fell in love with this skate skirt because of how feminine yet unique with the sheer overlay.  Designer Alyssa Nicole created such a beautiful silhouette and piece. This outfit is more on the edgier side with darker colors, a biker jacket, and a spike necklace for accessories.  I decided to add a pop of print to the outfit with the cheetah clutch.  Again, a transitional Fall outfit, but I'll definitely be living in cozy sweaters this Fall / Winter seasons.

Hope you lovelies have been doing well! Woo, Happy Friday! Longest week ever, but I really feel like I'm doing well in all the tasks and projects I've had at my job.  It's all a learning experience, but I'm happy I'm moving in the right direction.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead! I'm celebrating both my little brother's and boyfriend's birthdays this Sunday.  I surprised them with tickets to the Niners game! Doing a tail-gate party beforehand.  It'll be their first time going, can't wait to go (my first time too!).

Keep inspiring Beautifuls!

Red bloom.

Tan American Apparel cropped top (cute dark red version here), Silver c/o t+j Designs rhinestone collar necklace, Vintage Chanel crossbody purse, Tan c/o Filthy Magic skirt, Nude Zara sandal heels (similar style here), Gold ring via Crossroads Trading, Gold crown ring c/o Charlotte Russe.

Cropped tops will probably be a big part of my wardrobe for this fall, or any other season for that matter. I couldn't get enough too of this rhinestone collar necklace from t+j Designs, I decided to let it shine as the main accessory for this outfit, keeping all the other pieces neutral and light.  I haven't worn these Zara sandals in a while, but I love how the heel isn't that high and it has a simple silhouette. A simple outfit with some pretty flowers in the background.

Hope you lovelies have had a great week so far! I'm really ready for the weekend, is it just me or the weeks keep getting longer? Hope you guys have a great relaxing time off. Well deserved! ;)

Urban boho.

White lace top and gold rings via Crossroads Trading, Brown Urban Outfitters hat, Olive green slit maxi skirt c/o LuLu*s, Arm candy: White bracelets and watch c/o Charlotte Russe, Black Via Spiga sandal heels (similar one here), Ivory vintage Chanel purse.

If I could define one important part of my style, it'd be incorporating unique pieces into one look -- here I decided to pair this pretty lace top with a scallop hem from Crossroads Trading with this maxi skirt, including a high slit from LuLu*s, along with a set of gorgeous Charlotte Russe white and silver arm candy.  This is more of a laidback boho urban look.  I usually like mini skirts, but I think I've found a new love for maxi skirts -- perfect for the Fall season coming up. Can't wait to pair them with biker jackets and comfy cardigans / knit sweaters.

Hope you lovelies had a great labor day weekend! I went to Reno with the family and ended the weekend with a visit to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (haven't been in so long!), but enjoyed my favorite ice cream Dippin' Dots, brought me back to my childhood. Also, if you're stressed out being back at work or school, just think on the brightside there's only 4 days of the work week ;). Have a great short ;) week ahead.  Keep inspiring Beautifuls!

DAAME x Inspirafashion Style Feature and $25 Giveaway!

Yellow Theory knit sweater, Metallic skirt c/o Crossroads Trading, Brown Karen Walker Super Duper Strength sunnies, Red bracelet gifted by Kurt Geiger, Brown Fossil watch c/o the boyfriend, Light brown Zara heels, Cheetah print c/o DAAME clutch.

Lovelies! So glad to share with you a recent feature I collaborated with DAAME(pronounced 'dame'), a life-loving group with a rebellious spirit. They design bags in collaboration with their online members who personally choose features and curate bags and accessories they'd love to purchase. They're driven by a singular passion – to educate girls in need and change the world’s future for the better. A portion of every purchase goes toward their nonprofit partners who provide services and education for girls in need.

With DAAME, we decided to do a fun style their new clutch in two ways. With the post, I share how I style their new fold-over cheetah print clutch. In addition to how I style it, they've also partnered with my BBFF ("Best Blogger Friend Forever") Chelsea from the blog, Zipped. It was so appropriate to collaborate with us, as we've been virtual "pen-pals" over the years ever since we first started our blogs.

In addition, I partnered with them on a "Bag Snoop" feature on which they took a look inside my bag for fun daily essentials. Can't wait to share with you the rest of it soon!

I decided to style the DAAME cheetah clutch with different textures -- knit sweater, metallic tweed skirt, and leather heels. I love mixing textures as well as complementing with neutral colors, browns and yellows. For accessories, I added my gold and red bracelets along with a brown Fossil watch my boyfriend lovingly let me borrow ;). And to top it off with my trusty Karen Walker sunnies.
