La vie en rose.

Tan HM sweater, Pink c/o One Rad Girl LA lace shorts via Bollare, Black Ray-Ban aviators, Brown HM fringe purse, Arm Candy: Orange c/o LuLus watch, Brown c/o LUXLA leather hex nut bracelet, Pink/green c/o Hardcouture skull bracelet, Ivory gold c/o Beginning Boutique ring, White Urban Outfitters sandals (similar one).

Comfort is probably a big part of my style, and this outfit sums it up perfectly.  My comfort zone has anything to do with shorts, in particular I adore these ones from One Rad Girl LA -- the bright pink lace and track short silhouette just make it fun, easygoing, and super cuuute ;).
Getting in touch with the bohemian side of things again too.  This fringe purse was tucked away in my closet, it needed love once again :).  Few new items have also made their way into my wardrobe:  my new Ray Bans and these simple yet sleek UO sandals (been craving a plain white pair, perfect to go with anything).

How have you lovelies been doing?  I'm so excited to share with you so many exciting things to happen with my blog, can't wait to share with you all!!  And just another snippet of little things currently happening in my life, am saving up for a future trip to one day visit France!  I know it may be far away but getting bit closer to sipping mon cafe sur la rue de Paris. :)

Hope you have a fantastic relaxing weekend ahead!  Continue to inspire always.

Peace.

Pink floral blouse c/o Sheinside, Brown F21 leopard belt, Blue American Apparel jean shorts, Black thrifted purse, Silver vintage watch, Blue Give Hope bracelet c/o Urban Natures, Gold hamsa hand earrings c/o Hardcouture, Tan Zara sandal heels.

This is a very peaceful zen type of outfit -- cherry blossoms, hamsa hand, Give Hope bracelet..think I see a theme here. I tend to do that accidentally with putting together pieces -- a subliminal thing (I should know though, being a just graduated Psych major ;P).
I recently was so inspired by Olivia Palermo.  This picture says it all.  Her mix of floral and leopard is impeccable, and here was my take on it.
I thought of playing off the colors with the light blue "Give Hope" bracelet by Urban Natures.  The bracelet has a beautiful message behind it.  UN gives 15% of its profit to aid children in need throughout impoverished regions around the world.  Definitely very notable on bringing together fashion and gift of giving.

Blossoming.

Black Blossoming top c/o Nanette Lepore, Brown Urban Outfitters pants, Black thrifted chain purse, Gold chain ring c/o Hardcouture, Gold honeycomb cuff c/o Urban Natures, Black Zara heels.

Hi lovelies! I've missed you so, and want to apologize for the hiatus as work has been crazy busy past few weeks, just trying to get into a routine of things.  Thank you for being patient and very happy to be back with a post!

This outfit would be my go-to for weekends -- laid-back yet fun.  I love wearing cross body purses, they just instantly make an outfit more intriguing, especially if it has a cool chain like this one I recently found at a thrift store.  Now onto one of the most inspiring pieces of my wardrobe, this floral silk top by Nanette Lepore is beyond gorgeous.  The details of the print and lace appliqué make the top out of this world beautiful.
Decided to accessorize with gold, Hardcouture's cute chain rings add edge and the perfect addition of some arm candy with the gold honeycomb cuff from Urban Natures.

For those in the US, have an amazing 4th of July everyone!  Hope you enjoy all the fireworks ;).
Keep inspiring Beautifuls!

Floral fringe.

Light pink c/o Hardcouture bandeau, Ivory gifted Meghan LA Fiji Sweater, Tan American Apparel rider high-waisted pants, Cream Forever 21 mary-jane heels, Gold F21 rings.

You probably can tell how much I'm addicted to fringe, and when I received this Meghan LA crochet fringe sweater, I instantly fell in love all over again.  Not only that, but it has pretty rhinestones in the middle of each crochet flower.  I decided to create a soft girly sweet outfit, unexpected when I think of fringe, but thought why not..since I haven't had girly outfits in a while.
I bought these F21 mary-jane heels a while ago, and love how they can be dressed up or worn casually pretty easily..and the platform is an added bonus.  Lastly, topped off the outfit with a soft delicate pink bandeau from Hardcouture, it goes perfectly with anything high-waisted, and moreover is so perfect for spring/summer.

Which btw, summer is leaving me too fast..school starts in about 2 weeks!  Have exciting news too to tell you!  Everything's happening so quickly, but moving into my apartment in a week, and got a new job at Urban Outfitters!  So far I love it, and cant wait to start officially this Friday.
Hope your weekends were fun and have an amazing week ahead lovelies!  Happy Monday! :)

P.S. Recently received these blogger awards below, thank you so much Chyrel and Sophie!

Now passing them on to these 15 lovely bloggers:
Jacquelyn from Style WorthwhileManon from Cute Red Bow, Shevah, Christine from Heart MadeSoukaina & Sofia from It-BLOGirls, Coralie from Coralie's Looks, Shels415, Natalie from 4 Seasons, Cara from A Fashion Love Affair, David from Virtually Stunning, Hey Dahye, Christen from Two Happy Hearts, Glass of Fashion, Sarah from SJTERRELL, and Sabrina from Jardin De La Mode
And part of the rules also is to list 7 random facts about myself, here it goes..
1) I named my first chihuahua puppy after my most fave city (besides my hometown)..Berkeley!
2) I have four moles on my right arm that create a perfect, in geometry nerdy terms: Rhombus or simply put, a diamond.
3) I walk crazy fast, it's a habit. My dad said he practically jogs "walking" right beside me.
4) The only sport I played back in high school was Badminton.  I know how to "smash"! ;P
5) When I don't know the definition of a word, first resource I use is urbandictionary.com, tells ya how smart I am ;)...or maybe I just use lots of slang words lol.
6) My favorite channel of all-time to tune-in when I'm bored is Food Network.  Me and my bf think Rachel Ray and Bobby Flay would make the perfect couple, their names rhyme perfectly.
7) Oh and that leads to number 7, my boyfriend's last name rhymes perfectly with mine: Carillo and Murillo.

White lace bohemian sun.

White c/o Hardcouture lace long-sleeved top, Brown thrifted woven belt, Coral American Apparel high-waisted shorts, Brown H&M fringe bag, Tawny Jeffrey Campbell clog wedges, Turquoise/silver Crossroads & F21 rings.

Hi Beautifuls!  It was yet another pretty day outside, so wanted to wear shorts once again.  And sorry in advance if I overuse this fringe bag, it's seriously one of my all-time favorite bags -- and I think, went perfectly with my JC snick clog wedges.  Another goodie I received from Hardcouture, was this beeautiful white lace long-sleeved top.  The lace is gorgeous and is perfect for summer with the loose and light fabric.  It reminds me too of the 70's, with long bell bottom sleeves, a fashion era I lovee currently.  Wanted to also make it more spring by adding these American Apparel shorts in a bright pretty coral color.  Again, another bohemian look from me, with fringe and clogs together.  Sometimes I feel like I belonged in the hippie days and I was a flowerchild....maybe that's why I ended up in Berkeley? lol.
Found these oh so pretty purple flowers near my house, and decided to take advantage of its springtime beauty.  Love how I can still take pics even when it's 5pm, <3 me some Daylight Savings Time! :)

So wanted to share with you a few things fast approaching..next week/weekend is going to be my busiest!
Thursday: Run-through for the Paul Mitchell Fashion Show (hair/makeup/clothing), Friday: Meet up for the first time w/ one of my faave blogger girls, Joellen at Haight St. SF, Saturday: Morning: Alameda Vintage Faire shopping w/ one of my girlfriends Kaitlin, Evening: My little brother's girlfriend's Cotillion at SF, Sunday: Modeling in/styling my own look for Paul Mitchell Fashion Fantasy Show in Pleasant Hill.
Wowza, yeah, so I'm pretty busy.  Sorry for listing everything, it kind of helps me too --to go through what I have planned lols.  Btw, one random fact about myself, ever since elementary school I've been using a planner, any kind whatsoever, I feel it really helps to stay organized! So if you do not own one yet, def recommend getting one! :)
Alrighty, blogger loves, I'm bout to browse and be amazed by all your beautiful looks/blog posts, and will go work on trying to figure out how to use a thrifted sewing machine me & my mom recently bought.
