Sunshine and stripes.

Black floral vintage blouse, Navy blue American Apparel skirt, Black c/o Romwe striped tights, Brown thrifted bag, Black stud wedges bought from Haylilly.

Hi there Lovelies!  So I know I've been using light colors for a while, but sometimes it's nice to wear dark colors against the bright sunny day..a nice contrast?  And I feel kind of more carefree with skirts, I noticed I've been wearing a lot of shorts recently lol.  I always go through certain "bottom" phases -- shorts, then to skirts, then back to shorts, or then throw in jeans/pants too lol.
Recently received a goodie from Romwe, these lovely striped sheer tights, they are so comfy, aand the greatest thing I look for in sheer tights is if they snag..this was def passed my snag test!!  I love how it elongates my legs too with the vertical stripes.  Paired it off with my all-time favorite floral vintage blouse and high-waisted American Apparel skirt.  And wanted to wear my oh so comfy wedges, DIY-ed by style icon Hayley of Haylilly on Chictopia, I bought these shoes from her a while back, she was the sweetest ever.

In addition, these wedges make me sky high tall about 5'9.  My boyfriend hates it when I wear super tall 5 inch heels, makes me taller than him haha.

But anywhoo, wanted to give you a little sneak peek at a dress I picked up from Goodwill and did some DIY-ing (yes new word lol) on it recently for the upcoming Paul Mitchell Fashion Show this weekend!  So happy I get to style my own look for it :).  Hint hint: the theme is fashion fantasy, and mine is Ice Princess :).  I'm a sucker for anything shiny, glittery, etc. lol.
And just wanted to say, wow, thank you so so much lovelies for all your support, Inspirafashion hit 700 followers this weekend!  I'm always just so grateful for all of you my readers, another giveaway is coming up soooon! ;)  I hope you're having a great week so far, and now onto my daily intake of fashion inspiration from all your beautiful blogs <3.

    I love those tights! From far away I thought you were wearing shorts, but I really like this as a skirt! I'm the same way with bottoms phases lol. Those wedges were such a good buy-- you look super tall!
