Leopard and paisley.

Burgundy HM hat (similar brown version here), Black Urban Outfitters velvet moto jacket (similar version here), Brown c/o Others Follow paisley dress, Brown gifted Kurt Geiger leopard satchel (cute similar version here), Navy blue Madewell suede boots.

When I saw this dress from Others Follow, I seriously was blown away by all its beauty, firstly with the gorgeous paisley pattern, and secondly the feminine pretty silhouette with the trumpet hem.  The dark brown color is so perfect for fall, so I decided to transition it with all fall colors, keeping the palette neutral -- a burgundy (or oxblood) hat, leopard satchel, dark navy blue suede boots.  Lastly, I decided with the cold coming, it'd be perfect to try out the moto jacket trend -- here layered it over the dress as well.
I really feel my style goes so well with Fall fashion, which is why I'm excited to start wearing tights, boots, jackets, and sweaters more this season.

Happy Monday lovelies! Hope you have a great start of the week. Few things happening this week for me, catching up with friends for belated birthday outings, boxing (with my partner in crime Chanda), few gala fashion parties, and then the weekend!
Keep inspiring Beautifuls!

Falling for floral.

Dark yellow Theory sweater, Brown c/o Hobo Bags crossbody purse, Grey c/o Others Follow floral jeans, Nude Zara heels.

I rarely wear jeans (haha if you haven't noticed), but I was drawn to the beautiful floral print on these grey jeans from Others Follow.  They designed such a gorgeous pair with muted neutral colors, perfect for Fall.  I decided with the cold weather coming, to pair it with my knit sweater, a pretty mustard yellow color.  To keep it a bit casual, I accessorized with my trusty crossbody from Hobo Bags.  To elongate the silhouette, pairing nude heels does the trick.  These ones from Zara are my favorite because they have this asymmetrical shape.

September is leaving us soon, and October will be here before we know it.  Time just flew by again. I find that's a recurring theme, maybe because I'm getting older and noticing things more.  With that said, I hope you lovelies have a great weekend ahead! Soak up the free time. Enjoy the sun the bay area is getting, and have a chillax weekend :).

Grunge glam.

Navy blue American Apparel crop top, Gold spike necklace c/o Jeweliq, Navy Zara skirt (similar cute leopard style) and plaid shirt (similar style), Brown leopard clutch c/o DAAME, Brown fox wrap bracelet c/o Jeweliq, Black studded heels c/o Choies (white and red versions).

A trend I can definitely say I have grown fond of and that has shown up multiple times this past NYFW are crop tops.  I think we could thank the gorgeous Liv Tyler from Empire Records (a fave movie too!) for setting the foundation of this great trend.  In addition, bringing back the 90's, loving the plaid and shirts tied around the waist this season.  This print is definitely one of my favorites for Fall.
I love mixing prints, so decided here to pair plaid with a hint of leopard.  And to add to the grungy feel, I accessorized with a spike necklace and these gorgeous studded heels from Choies.

Double collar.

Grey H&M dress (similar pretty pale blue version here), Silver c/o t + j designs jeweled collar necklace, Ivory vintage Chanel crossbody purse, Black Steve Madden Realove heels.

Collars -- I guess you can say I have a big love for them and decided to style not one, but two here with a "double-collar" effect.  I added a white collar shirt underneath this dress and had the collar peek out on top.  Then I layered underneath this gorgeous rhinestone jeweled collar necklace from t + j designs.  When I saw this necklace, immediately I knew it fit perfectly with my style -- for one, it has bright fun neon colors (on rhinestones!) and second, its a freakin' collar (yes it earns that type of exaggeration ;)..if you know me, I'm drawn to those types of collar tops/dresses).  I also decided to keep the rest of the accessories minimal and neutral with my vintage Chanel purse and black sleek sandal heels.

If you haven't yet, check out t + j designs and see their new collection of beautiful jewelry -- I'm currently coveting this necklace and ring.  Their jewelry picks are amazing..full of bright color, and most importantly, shiny sparkly goodness.

September is finally here and excited to say my birthday is coming up!  Two weeks to go and I'll finally be 23!  Time just keeps flying on by which is why I'm trying to take to heart the saying "Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by every moment that takes your breath away." ;) along with all my other motivational quotes in Pinterest.

Hope you lovelies are having a great week so far! Can't wait already for the weekend (lol, already in that weekend mode on a Tuesday). Lets get to Friday!

Keep inspiring Beautifuls!

Meowza!

Brown Meow Cat Tee c/o Skip N' Whistle, Blue Urban Outfitters distressed denim shorts (similar here), White necklace c/o GUESS, Brown Rebecca Minkoff mini mac bag, Arm candy: 'LOVE' bracelet c/o Buy Love Give Love, Gold ring c/o LuLu*s, Brown Steve Madden Grettta sandal platform heels.

I had a lot of fun styling this Meow Cat tee from Skip N' Whistle, mainly because for one, I'm secretly a cat lady and two, I thought it was an adorable shirt, meowza! ;) I decided to pair it with some accessories that were more on the fancy-side -- a white crystal necklace, crossbody studded purse, and sky high platform sandal heels.  To contrast, I paired the shirt with some comfy grungy denim shorts.
Oh and don't mind my attempt at interpreting my Meow tee, thought that's what cats do :P.  If you haven't yet, check out Skip N' Whistle's collection of tees, eyeing this one right now, they're all too cute!

I can't believe September is already here..time flew by way too fast. But happy to say this is my Birthday month! :)  This year I'm turning 23. I still remember starting this blog back when I was 20! It really has been an amazing ride with everyone and everything in between since then, so grateful and happy for all that has happened with you guys! Also, an exciting part of the year is finally here too, NYFW!  I'm crossing my fingers for the next NYFW I'll be able to make it.  Until then, I'll be seeing everyone's instagram and twitter posts covering the fun week. Hope you guys have a great weekend ahead and TGIF!!!

Urban boho.

White lace top and gold rings via Crossroads Trading, Brown Urban Outfitters hat, Olive green slit maxi skirt c/o LuLu*s, Arm candy: White bracelets and watch c/o Charlotte Russe, Black Via Spiga sandal heels (similar one here), Ivory vintage Chanel purse.

If I could define one important part of my style, it'd be incorporating unique pieces into one look -- here I decided to pair this pretty lace top with a scallop hem from Crossroads Trading with this maxi skirt, including a high slit from LuLu*s, along with a set of gorgeous Charlotte Russe white and silver arm candy.  This is more of a laidback boho urban look.  I usually like mini skirts, but I think I've found a new love for maxi skirts -- perfect for the Fall season coming up. Can't wait to pair them with biker jackets and comfy cardigans / knit sweaters.

Hope you lovelies had a great labor day weekend! I went to Reno with the family and ended the weekend with a visit to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (haven't been in so long!), but enjoyed my favorite ice cream Dippin' Dots, brought me back to my childhood. Also, if you're stressed out being back at work or school, just think on the brightside there's only 4 days of the work week ;). Have a great short ;) week ahead.  Keep inspiring Beautifuls!
